Task Contracting were successful following open tendering for a complex refurbishment project completed in December 2010.

The project involved refurbishment of an existing residential building into a 5 Bedroom Residence for people with intellectual disabilities and mobility limitations. The works also involved an extension to the back of the building and attic conversion, for habitable space.

The programme was quite tight and a number of client changes were introduced during the project, which added to the complexity of this job

Despite these challenges Task Contracting performed very well and assimilated all client requests/variations without difficulty into an already demanding program. They were exceptionally proactive, approachable and professional in all their dealings on this project, witha very high standar of workmanship across all trades.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Task Contracting for simliar projects to any respective client based on my experience
